Multi-chamber Tank

Designed to optimize the processing setup and maximize usable workspace, the multi-chamber tank offers multiple tanks in a single vessel.

Its chambers are completely separated allowing you to store different fluids with no fear of cross-contamination.

The tank can be used for fermentation and storage of wine and other alimentary liquids.

large, dimpled jacket makes sure the temperature inside of the tank is always optimal. Thanks to the vertical construction of the cooling jacket, the stored liquids will be efficiently chilled even if the tank is not full to the brim.

Durable, high-quality materials enable the multi-chamber tank to stay in pristine condition, even after years of professional usage.

AISI 304

The multi-chamber tank is made out of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. An upgrade to AISI 316L stainless steel is available for high-corrosion environments.

Marbled Finish

A high-polish, marbled finish is applied to the outside of the tank. Matte and Scotch Brite finishes are also available upon request. The inside is BA (IIId) polished.

Conical Eccentric Bottom

The tank comes with a conical eccentric press-molded bottom by default. Large tanks come with a centered bottom to keep discharge easy.

Conical Eccentric Top

A press-molded eccentric conical top comes standard with multi-chamber tanks. Other head shapes are available upon request.

Multiple Chambers

The multi-chamber tank offers the flexibility of multiple tanks in a single vessel. Its separated chambers allow you to store different fluids with zero chance of cross-contamination.

Dimple Jacket

A dimple jacket is a thin, spotted shell that regulates tank temperatures with the help of a cooling/heating medium such as glycol. They are made of light-weight materials and spot-welded for minimal additional weight.

Stacking Technology

Make smart use of your limited cellar space by stacking tanks on top of each other. Stacking allows you to reorganize your production line and make it more efficient than ever.

2) We design it.

You give us inputs based on the drawings we send you. It is an iterative process and we only stop when you're 100% satisfied.

3) You approve the plans.

You sign the final version of the drawing and email it to us. We then schedule the tank for manufacture. You still have some time for making small changes.

4) We manufacture it.

Your final tank design enters the production line. It is assembled from high-grade stainless steel using advanced welding techniques.

5) You take delivery.

Your tank is shipped out to you, including a manual and proper maintenance guide. We'll always be there for you to provide assistance.
